As a Galaxy supporter I have been saying this also. Chris Klein deserved to be fired a while ago, but he is was not the main problem. AEG are the ones who kept him in his position and and even gave him a new contract after the cheating scandal. AEG are the ones who have been way to slow to adapt to a new MLS. LAG downfall is a direct result of Dan Beckerman taking over in 2013 and promoting Chris Klein around that same time. Then Bruce Arena and his whole staff leaving after the 2014 MLS cup. LAG then decide to clean house of all of our veteran players who bled blue and gold. It’s amazing how a front office change can really destroy a team

I don't know if this is enough to save the season. The team needs to step up or just go
I expect AEG to go smarter from now on. If it wasn't, they wouldn't have bothered to fire Klein. It's not that they're not spending money, they need to hire people who need to spend that money smarter. They also need to stay away from marketing transfers. Quality is bigger than the name. These are no longer the "let's sign David Beckham and be champions" years. Beckham saved the league but now we're moving forward. LA Galaxy was left behind and still had that mindset. But now that Klein is gone, I really expect to see a more forward thinking Galaxy. We actually see the signals of this with Vanney signings. Calegari and Aude transfers were good. It would be great if Galaxy enters the South American market. I prefer South Americans waiting to prove themselves rather than signing washed players over 30.

100% behind this, fan led movements to not embrace mediocrity for the product they spend their hard earned money on! Carson deserves better, the league needs Carson to be relevant. Mediocrity betrays the Galaxys history.
