Just proves McDermott is an amazing defensive coach, it’s his coaching and elite schemes which make this defense perform well, not simply elite talent. Plus, look at what defensive players like Poyer and White have done outside of Buffalo away from his schemes. He is fantastic. Even Tom Brady has said how great McDermott is

I think we ran it effectively, it just wasn't efficient. We converted on the ground when needed but it was never pretty. Not until Josh's TD run at least lol
I'll give KC credit on their run defense. They certainly don't have a weakness there. As a matter of fact, with their O-line troubles, I think KC could do very well by going run heavy the rest of the season. But, ....here's to hoping they turn into this years dumpster fire instead, lol
If I recall correctly, some of the losses in playoffs were a result of the Bills beating themselves, stupid penalties and of course, suspicious referee calls and spotting of the ball. I don’t think it was all due to the Chiefs’ amazing performance. But, we shall see.

The chiefs needed this loss. They refuse to work on their weaknesses and got cocky. And it came back and bit them on the ass.
