If the Equal Rights amendment was signed into law this would not have happened. It is because we had only 2 constitutional laws protecting women, Voting and abortion. And both of those are at risk now. So good luck with the back log of rape kits. It is a country issue that almost no one talks about. Thank you for mentioning it.
