This is so beautiful, i love the background. They need to make it look amazing, first semifinal is full of eastern countries voting for each other so poor Austria needs to be big. This song is stronger than last year's entry and even 2011, but i am not sure how high it can go. Zoe has an amazing voice, i thought it was playback! French might be a curse or a bless. Nowadays, French songs are becoming hits in Europe (Indila, Louane, Kendji) so you never know. The song reminds me of good old 90s/00s and it is not a bad thing! Go Zoe, you get my vote.

As a French native, I have received the choice of singing lyrics wriitten in my mother tongue by a non-French-speaking performer at ESC as a great honour. It's unconventional and a true sign of deep respect to the European natural cultural diversity. It's like a bridge built between Austria, France and any other country where French is spoken officially. I feel impressed. Moreover, Zoë performs without any accent like a perfect French-speaking person. Well done! The Austrian entry obviously shows a spirit that I would like to see at ESC more often: a spirit of sharing, cultural recognition and respect. I don't know why so many dislikes but Austria successfully managed to deliver the definition of Romanticism this year . A very beautiful girl dressed as a fairy , in a very catchy french song , moreover she sings about a magical , comic world , can you expect something more sweet than this ?
I know it sounds completely nuts and this year's songs so far are WOW !!! I love the Spanish entry. I even like our German entry this year very much. "Ghost" is great B U T for some reason this is my top favorite. It's different from all the other entries. It touches my heart, I love the performance and it makes me feel good. I wouldn't be surprised - is spite of the rough competition this year - if she made it to the top.
I like it that someone of a german speaking language sings French. German usually doesn't sound good to people who don't speak it and everybody sings in english. So why not french?

Normally, I am reluctant to vote.....but I just did!!! Loin d'ici is most definitely this year's best Eurovision song!!! Most other songs pale in comparison. (12 points from me --- voted from The Netherlands).

I know it sounds completely nuts and this year's songs so far are WOW !!! I love the Spanish entry. I even like our German entry this year very much. "Ghost" is great B U T for some reason this is my top favorite. It's different from all the other entries. It touches my heart, I love the performance and it makes me feel good. I wouldn't be surprised - is spite of the rough competition this year - if she made it to the top.

I like it that someone of a german speaking language sings French.
