I am very happy with this tutorial. Didn't know what to do when i got stuck at select installation disk and there was none. this tutorial showed me how to use the disk utility tool to create an AFTS disk that can install MacOS Big Sur in VMWare.

You need a good processor and minimum 8 gb ram,recommend 16 gb ram,tell me your device specifications
