Back in the 80's the underground use to be a thriving place full of people. They had shop's and restaurants all throughout. Me and my girlfriend at the time loved eating down there and just walking around.
Yea it's a bummer to see the shops down there with nothing in them. Maybe one day someone will breath some life back into it and get things going again. Thank you for sharing!
I’m from Alaska, Me and my best friend was in OKC for a trip. We were staying in the National when we decided to explore the hotel. We happened to stumble across this. We had never seen anything like this before because of where we lived so we had a great little adventure. We thought we weren’t supposed to be there 😂
The Underground is so neat and clean and beautiful. So nice for when you want to avoid the hot summer weather, rain, or cold wintery weather. Just make sure you have a map and know where you are!
OMG I miss this. COVID changed it all up for me. Thanks for the video. The Chinese place by the Skirvin is bomb! It’s great to get your steps in too, during bad weather. We were in the City Place building.
We have no idea lol we tried looking for it but never saw anything. Channel 25 news has a segment called Living Oklahoma and they post ALOT of content daily. So maybe they were filming content for a couple months in advance lol If we ever see it we will put the link here
You can enter through the downtown midfirst bank building but they have many entrances, Check out there website. The hours are Monday through Friday 6am to 8pm, they are not open on weekends. We hope you guys have fun!

One thing I’ve learned as a man. Never go underground without your UnderArmor hoodie on. 😁

My nephew and his friend painted the mural at 4:44!
