as a fellow TJ wheeler i understand how great the TJs are. They are worth the work you put into em! cant wait to see it out on the trails, you must be exited for this season.
Can’t wait to get back out for sure
Big Bird Is coming along nicely
Thanks man!
Boom FIRST! Haha
I wonder if you were to wrap the entire body in Nerf if it would help prevent future damage after all the work? lol!!!
Imagine, I living in Zanzibar island and my TJs fenders looks so cool because of you. Keep it up bro. Greeting from Zanzibar. ✌️
Thanks man! Greeting from Canada 🇨🇦
Well, you are making progress so the new videos of off-roading are fast approaching as is spring so hopefully big bird will not disappoint. Looking forward to the next off-roading video and Justine's videos of you destroying all of your hard work. She is such a smart woman and a great video photographer and partner; you are a lucky man and probably don't even know it. Next off-roading video please.
Coming soon!!
Looking good with the repairs! Seeing how crusty thing get makes me glad its dry around here. I pay for it in the summer when it 115 (46c) and can't get out as much in my LJ. Looking forward to seeing Big Bird out hitting the trails once again.
I love hot weather I wish I had that climate. Maybe one day
Hey I’m from Hamilton on not far from you did you know anyone selling a b&m short shifter for ax15 5 speed for my 97 tj ?
Never even heard of it before lol sorry I haven’t seen any ever
The amount of love and work you put into big bird is amazing. Money wize, you could of just bought another TJ like 3 or 4 times over with what you soent all these years on her, but you took didnt take no for an answer!
Yeah, at this point, it’s either commitment or insanity

Yeahhhh buddy, looking forward so seeing vids of big bird back on the trails.
You and me both haha
Have you ever thought about reinforcing your tailgate and tire carrier? I just bought a kit to put my 33 on.
Yup we did reinforce the tailgate and hinges
long live big bird. Can't wait for more send it vids. So glad you didn't trade it off and throw the tires on another jeep.
I wouldn’t have a use for the other tires because all the new Jeeps use a different bolt pattern and believe me I am not getting another Tj
Amazing job on the Big Bird! Can't wait to see the final outcome.
Thanks!

Thanks man lol I can’t wait to get back out. Feels like forever since I’ve seen some mud
💪🏼😎👍🏼
It’s hard working on vehicles when you work all the time,
. That’s what taking my Jeep so long to get fixed needs lifters, got the head off now tho .
Nice bumper too ! I got a stinger also
Thanks man! It’s definitely a ton a work
Those light buckets are expensive. I could not find the individual parts so had to order the mount/bucket assembly. Somewhere around $45 U.S. micro pesos.
I think I paid like 25 or $30 for a set of two in Canadian pesos
@@SmokinMonkeyOG Wow, I just found a set on amazon for $30. I can't find in my purchase folder for the jeep where I bought that expensive mount. I just know it was expensive: " X AUTOHAUX 1 Set 7 Inch Round Headlight Mounting Retaining Bracket Ring with Headlight Metal Ring for Jeep TJ Wrangler 1997-2006 " 30 buckaroos.
You’re not wrong because I’ve seen them for like up to 60 or $70
Coming along nicely, good job!
Thank you!
Need a rear bumper for the extra wheel does not bind the hinges. I had a swivel on my back where the wheel opened as a gate and tail gaite is free of the tire. You can build one the hinge you can buy. And diy one
I’ve looked into them and I have a few buddies that have them, and everybody told me not to get it because they just rattle and make noise and end up having issues later so I didn’t want to do it. I just strengthened up the metal behind the hinges instead.
@@SmokinMonkeyOG right mine was on my cheerokee. I never heard noises from mine. Just keep the hinge lined up good no noise from it. And the locking mechanism has to be good. I crawled mine and had the cage on top. Of wheel. And it was ok. Maybe just my ocd made mine quite.
Looking good!
Thanks man
Looking good
