With lol Carla's psychosis (not that I bother watching full shows anymore really) with phones in reality (excluding all that conspiracy stuff) there is actually factually things the Intel Agencies like predominantly here GCHQ can do with phones (even it is possible for people to purchase hardware to achieve similar things) like being able to turn on a phones camera, record audio and monitor where someone has been with their phone. Is all in episodes partly or predominantly done by Edward Snowden, there are ways to circumvent these things for some of them like recording of audio using the builtin mic's as well as cameras but you lose that functionality lol in a series or episode certainly called "The State of Surveillance" by Vice ruclips.net/video/ucRWyGKBVzo/видео.html
