    Great idea for a series can't wait for the rest. It would be great if you compared the main gundam from each series so from 79 to zeta to victory to g gundam all the way up to ibo. It would be cool to see how different designers look at what is common but different.

    Gundams tend to be proto-types... there are suits that are "Gundams" in US that dont have it in the name. Re-GZ and Ez8 are Gundams but dont have it in the name. all Gundams are mobile suits but not all mobile suits are Gundams

      @@dsleong8328 Source? From the wiki: "It has never been explicitly stated in any official material what "GM" is an abbreviation of. According to Gundam Sentinel 0079, "GM" is an abbreviation of "Gundam type Mass-production model", while the manual of Master Grade GM version 2.0 suggested that "GM" stood for either "General Mobile-suit" or "Gundam Model"."
