    I tried this recipe today with gher instead of coconut oil. When I started cooking it, the texture was like a gritty dough and I thought I messed up, but after I kept it in the fridge I got perfect chocolate...Thank you so much for this recipe...Your recipes always work for me😀

    what if we dont have a icing powder ? can we use normal sugar ?

      Just grind sugar or crush it

    • @saraxchoc

      Icing sugar is powdered sugar though you can use normal sugar but that will leave lumps and chunks in your batter

    Can we use the vegetable oil if this isn't available in our house?

    • @GauravGiri-ic3wc
      @GauravGiri-ic3wc 4 года назад +4

      Coconut oil has low freezing point so its good for chocolate. If vegitable oil iss used then chocolate will not freez. So coconut oil will be best for this.

    Use cocoa butter instead of coconut oil for a more intense, fruity and chocolaty taste. This will make it slightly harder though.
