There's a new app update that uses your phone's camera to scan the UPC to make it easier. You only need the last 6 digits of the UPC. The last 6 digits includes a digit that's off to the right of the barcode.

Are you referring to the UPC code required to use the app? You need to enter the last 6 digits (one of the digits is off to the side of the bar code a little).

Are you entering the last 6 digits of the UPC (including the digit off to the side)? If entered properly it definitely works.
