If you use thinking cap with Cosmo it’ll be around 2 star skill check ish since
1 star Skill C.50 Untis
2 star Skill C.100 Units
3 star Skill C.150 Units
4 star Skill C.200 Units
5 star Skill C.250 Units
And Thinking Cap increases Skill C window by 40 Units so 50+40=90 so that around 100 units so 2 star Skill C ish
