Lets also gloss over the fact the the Avengers in comics have a strict no kill policy, Cap himself has beat the shit out of Punisher for killing badguys in front of him, no less than twice that I know of. Marvel have had Parker kill in 2 movies so far, and all for the sake of some lame jokes that could've been avoided... don't sit there and tell me Marvel Studios are doing him justice when they completely forget his most important character trait.

Peter's intentionally killed at least 3 people in canon (The Digger, Morlun, and Ero) and came really close to killing even more. He ripped off part of Sasha Kravinoff's face out of rage. I wouldn't exactly call him pure.
