I have one and its been my main gigging guitar for the last year or so. I've changed the pickup out and lowered the saddle but that was pretty much it. Excelent guitars, and your playing is fantastic.
Curious why you changed the pick-up?
My guess is that it isn’t really a great system. The Baggs Anthem SL is the best from their line. Now I would also consider the new HiFi from Baggs before the Element piezo.
@@scottmonthony726 It was mostly becaues I play in a lot of noisy pubs where a soundcheck isn't always possible, so I needed a system where I could get a fairly decent sound with out having to dial it in too much.The element was very harsh to my ears & needed a lot of EQing. I went for the Dearmond Tone Boss, which has been solid.
@@GraemeCampbellMusic , I've found that also to be true. Especially in a loud guitar, with a pronounced high end.
I just swapped it out for a Lyric. Not a ton of change. Just more boxy. I'm going to look into the one you mentioned. I have more 💵 in pick-ups than the guitar. 🤦
