I saw elsewhere in the comments that Olivia is feeling better. That's good to hear. And I didn't know that Cat-5 cables had such value. I wonder what I'll do with that tub of cables I have in the closet. Hmmmm....
My Great Grandfather had Weeping willows in his back yard. I loved going there. Eventually they built an interstate through that exact area and his house was sold and demolished. It broke our hearts.
The mesh box at 5:00 is a pet carrier for either reptile or small birds. Yes a bad thing is an empty scrap truck, but glad you were able to get some scrap today. Thanks for taking us with you. ✌🕯🙏💗
Funniest thing was when you pointed at the duck and said You're not a doctor, you're a quack. I got a good laugh. Thank you for sharing your day with us.
Hey Paul don’t forget the aluminum chair in the truck. And you have some good rest. I am today it’s raining here. It heats up then it rains. It’s 84 degrees here in the morning then it’s 97 degrees and raining and i got to clean up my scrap pile. Lol 😅 thank you for the prayers.
Here in Champaign, Il we didn't have much of the cicadas, but in Charleston, Il they had them bad. Swarms of them. Glad you didn't see many, they are messy and so loud. Great scrapping day.
here in S.E.Iowa, in my small town, there haven't been any cicada choruses either but in the small town 10 miles south of us they are inundated with them. The noise there is almost deafening
Some days are good and some are not so good. You be careful out in that heat. I can’t hardly take the heat an humidity anymore. Thanks for sharing have a good one. 🥰

An empty truck is definitely a major problem. Scrappage is definitely a major solution.
I started gathering cans from my neighborhood to scrap as well as cords to save up for my scrapping truck (which my ideal one will be a blue ford ranger and it will be called Scrap Prime) But I'm also picking my most recent find picking is a working Radio Shack AC and Battery radio. Fingers crossed the battery part still works. That will be part of my hurricane prep kit. I also found a sewing machine and a couple other things.
1:37 Hello Paul, in Argentina that tree is called Weeping Willow, because it releases drops of water from its leaves. I send you a big hug and blessings for you and your family from Buenos Aires Argentina, take care of yourself a lot and thanks for the video
Yes, good sweaty afternoon Paul. This weather is too humid, and yes it's a federal holiday. Was hoping for a Michael fix today, oh there's always next time. Thanks for everything you do for us
I have something that would get in your truck, if I ever decide to part with it: a heavy metal stand that goes beside your typewriter to hold your page you are re-typing with a handle that moves your paper up and has a ledge/ruler to help you keep your eyes on the correct line. My niece and nephews will throw it out, (when my time is up) but I live in Houston, Tx.
Hello, hello Paul. Just sitting here waiting for a new video. Thank you for sharing. Was so nervous last night didn’t go to sleep til 4am this morning. Today will be better though since I found your video. Thanks again. Hello to your family.😊
With the first chair, I would have investigated to see if the bottom was in the can. Always have room in the truck just in case. I made that mistake one time, missed two washers and a dryer.
Good afternoon Paul awesome video as always. It’s hot here not a fan of the heat it’s around 96 out but staying cool inside. Hope your family is doing well and the fur babies. Thank you for taking us along stay cool and have a blessed day 😊
Cool scrap haul, too bad the Scrapyard was closed. Saving your non-ferrous metals in your garage like you do in your Workshop huh? Super, thank you for another great video Paul 👍🏽😎👍🏽🛻♻️
Good evening Paul, I just got a chance to watch the video and well it is never to early for tranquility. You can always pause for a mental reset. Plus that is when we can hear what God is telling us about his plan. I know that you were not able to drop your scrap, but there is something out there to go with it and give you a better load for scrapping. Take care my friend and May God bless you and I will see you on the next video.
I took my scrap to the yard the first of May, had 8 batteries and he said I could leave them, but he couldn't pay me. said he had 40 thousand pounds he couldn't get rid of, said there is no market. this was in 24. how is it there where you are at?
Good load but what a surprise that your Happy place was closed . So hot here and very humid .I could never live in Vegas or places like Texas with the heat . I hope that heat passes you by . Im surprised no cicadas in your area . I know they have them like crazy in Chicago and I didnt think they went that far North .I thought they were only in the South . Learn something new all the time . Have a Blessed week ,Paul . Keep Safe ❤Keep Well❤
Paul I am just wondering if you have looked in the scrapyard and seeing if there is a smooth piece of sheet metal you can put in the back of your truck so it would be easier to slide scrap too
When I was 3 I ran away from home .But I wasn't allowed to cross the street or go past our nextdoor neighbors yards .So I moved in underneath the neighbors wheeping willo tree lol I wasn't there long i was afraid of the dark lol
I'm my home town Alabama we had moss trees especially scary at night and the bone yard was right across the street didn't sleep well that night but that's Alabama especially in rural parts and the county were I was born that's been many years ago
I love your videos, Paul. I've watched for quite some time and when you wave to the trash man, I remembered the good morning, Ralph, Good morning, Sam but could not remember where I heard it. It occurred to me about a month ago it was from an old cartoon of the sheep dog and wolf going to work in the morning taking care of the sheep. It's going to scare the what 'sit out of you one of these days when you open an old freezer and discovery a dead body in it. Just kidding. Thanks for the videos, Paul and God bless.
Thanks for posting. I was awake after midnight in Jakarta and watching some RUclips videos and up came my favourite RUclipsr. Always a pleasure. Btw why was the scrap metal place closed?

Great day to share time with you!!!!! That bike looked like the one I had as a kid but I had curly handle bars.
Thanks for the ride around your town. It is a very pretty place. Prayers are also a blessing. ❤
Btw, we both said "i took a fence" at the same time. 😅

They thrive in wet areas

Yeah about two towns over, maybe 15 mi there's tons of cicadas. None in decalib right now. Like none none
you can take apart the ceiling fan for the electric motor in the inside, there is some aluminum on the fan also, and some leftover steel
Paul I am just wondering if you have looked in the scrapyard and seeing if there is a smooth piece of sheet metal you can put in the back of your truck so it would be easier to slide scrap too
I don't think that would help

Great video as usual. I have an E-Bike and the Grill cover makes a good cover for it !

Too many scrapers on your route, good job Paul
You may not see a lot of batteries, I had to get a new one today and the core charge was $22... much more than what you get for scrap.
Wow 😳
It is never to early for tranquility
Do I see a new scrap and pallet storage facility, wow bigger more room for scrap you better get busy 😂,have a great day and God bless
No this is my garage at the house
Stay cool Paul.
Thanks for posting. I was awake after midnight in Jakarta and watching some RUclips videos and up came my favourite RUclipsr. Always a pleasure. Btw why was the scrap metal place closed?
Federal holiday Juneteenth
Juneteenth today no bank no mail no scrap yard👍🏻😃
Wish my garage was as neat as yours.😀
great scrap run Paul keep up the fantastic videos
Cicadas are all in Oklahoma this year😀
I wish I had a lift on my truck I have to leave so much at the curb since I can't lift anything heavy anymore
Hopefully soon you will
Cicadas do not hatch every year. Not sure of the time frame but I think it's several years in between
❤Hello 👋 Paul ❤❤❤

Great video Paul just a question, ever miss your blue truck or no?
I do miss the blue truck. I don't miss my knee hurting from the clutch
@@ScrapPalletMan I bet , hate having body aches haha good thing u have a truck with more space and equip with tools to help u continue scraping that's awesome
Ps what time is the barbecue I'll bring a few rabbits and ribs cold beverages 😁
Hey there Scrappy. How much do you make for a truckload of aluminum? I watch every episode faithfully.
The other day, I didn't record any of it, but I had a completely full truck of walkers and crutches from a church. These were the donated ones that didn't quite cut the mustard. It was about a hundred bucks
Hey Paul do you know how many cameras they got on them trucks total cameras 13
Did you get rid of the mini storage unit?
No
Be glad you don’t have any cicadas…my friend has huge trees and the shells are 6 to 7 inches thick around the base of the trees and they STINK!!! 🤮🤢
When you say it is windy, why are the trees always STILL?
I didn't notice the trees. I just noticed the wind
gd stuff scrap &pellet Man
You are really amazing
You should have kept the grill cover $$$
How come you don't cut the brass fittings off garden hoses?
I should
🇺🇸🛻🇺🇸 Paul, I believe that glass in the recycling bin does get recycled
True
The weeping willow is a very shallow root system.
I never see kids riding bikes around our neighborhood. Even the gated communities and the more affluent communities I see no children riding bikes no children on the streets.
Makes me sad
"I take offense"...more like you left a fence. Then again it was a well-used wooden fence and best left for the carpenter....ants.
😂
No chemtrails FTW? Way cool.😄
Hello Paul how life treating you
