I'm a local so you might think I'm defending my place but...it is...and I grow up here although I lived in other places...and it's one of the best places to raise kids from the age that yours are. Safety, nature quality of living... You know what I mean by now. Enjoy your stay 😉

The fish with the "madeira fish spice" was absolutely incredible after the grill.
Must be careful with gopro housing and audio, but otherwise beautiful dolphins!! :)

@@familyontherun Madeira is known for nature hiking and the other Island Porto Santo a beach destination, there are 2 more groups of islands Desertas and Selvagens but they are nature reserve, you can only travel to the Desertas and I was lucky I did that trip, saw dolphins, sea turtle a whale and sea lions that was a crazy trip I will remember forever, enjoy the Island this the safest place in Portugal and Portugal the 3rd in the World
