I told one of my cousins who lost her father...' nature is biased in many ways..most people don't know why they are suffering..but this is one aspect when is totally unbiased..each individual in this world has to go through this pain..every person rich or poor, doctor or a banker, none is immune to this...our parents have lost their own parents...we are fortunate that our parents lived with us till an age where we are emotionally mature...they would have done something very good in their lives...to be blessed a full life.....' somehow she felt better....im not a trained counselor...do tell what you think of my advice to her..

I am 14 I am also facing this problem and I am unable to share it to someone . Before a month I lose my aunty and she have two child one is 13 and other is 12 . After 15 days of this incident my father get brain hommerage my financial situation was very bad and my mother spent 1 month with my father in hospital and when I see my aunt's children they cook for them they don't go school because they have to do all work , some days they can't make food and then I also started felling the fear to losing my mother and I am unable to tell what really happening in my mind I am totally afraid mentally disturbed always fell depressed anxiety fear lot of thing and unable to overcome from it

It started with overthinking->negative thinking -> a lot of fearful thoughts -> anxiety-> a lot of pooja and then finally-> OCD. And it was getting more worse and worse day by day I was not able to perform daily activities and my study properly.....Aaj meri anxiety ka level bhi Sandeep Sir apne 10 to 0 kr diya ....however I know ki meri problem ek baar me thik nhi hogi ...to m ab jabhi bhi mko anxiety hogi tabhi ye video dekhungi .......aur jo apne 21 days vala task diya hai vo bhi poora krungi .I would request u sir to please make a video on how to overcome OCD.
