Great summary Simon. I'm still preparing mine 🫡 I love the way you describe the experience so positively. You acknowledge the suck, but you celebrate the struggle. That's what makes you stronger. Also, what you accomplished is just mind-blowing. You most definitely have talent and this is just a testimony to what you're able to do. I'm for ever thankful you said yes to when I proposed running this course. I went in there with the mentality to test myself and I definitely did. I'm looking forward to more runs, brother. Salute and congratulations 🎉
Well said my dear friend! I describe it so positively because it indeed was a more than positive experience for me. Shared suffering with you and so much I could learn about myself from this The suck is part of the game and without it, would it even be worth doing this kind of stuff? On to the next one Brother 🫡 Can’t wait for your video!

@Remanv fantastic! I am in Wiesbaden, so just besides! Let’s do it next week, I will come to Frankfurt with pleasure! I still want to give my feet 1-2 days of rest from running, I still feel it a bit But the Taunus inclines sound excellent Je parle français d’ailleurs!

@@duncanwalshfitnessweightlo9329 thank you so much Duncan!
