Even after all these years I still miss AC1s Altair voice despite the American accent and revelations making more sense. It’s just the OG was so bad ass. “No. We are at an end!”
The funny thing, is altiars original voice actor, could do the accent, Ubisoft just didn't want him doing it in the first game, due to the wars in the Middle East, they thought it would make people from the west uncomfortable, with playing as someone from that region, with that accent. But the original to me was badass and they should have kept him for a revelations, then let him do his accent for it, instead of getting a new actor.
@@vsluma yeah hopefully, cause the original actor, doing his accent, literally has the same tone, also hope they don't replace him with another actor again.
@@thisisthenews1254 we can only hope. I wonder if they will remake the Desmond stuff in the remake and if so they’ll have to recast Lucy. Shame as she was my favourite character for some reason
i love altairs ending in revelations way more satisfying then us speculating wether or not ezio died of old age, disease, a secret templar, a secret italian assassin, etc etc. We know for a fact altair died in a tomb most likely to very good extent from old age.
The voice acting of the OG VA is so much better, especially when Altair said "No man is!". It always bothered me when I hear that line from the current VA. He doesn't scream since he is talking to Abbas in the distance on top of a tower. While the OG does show some care to his voice work! Good find, man!
It's still Cas Anvar, with a different delivery. In the final version they made him re-record all the lines to sound more "badass" and so he has a deeper voice in the final product.

"Give me names and I'll give you blood." Goes so hard with the American accent

“American accent” the guy was middle eastern and they told him to lose the Arabic accent anyway lmao
With A.I we can bring back American voice Altair🗿🗿🗿🗿
Please someone do this
this is amazing. Ive always felt torn on Altair's voice in revelations. I dont understand why they didnt keep the original voice.
Historical accuracy, the American accent didn't exist back then.
@@Idkwhattoputhere5123doesn’t make sense
@@Kxasm Why would a person be speaking the American accent in 12th century syria?

Ezio died of a heart attack. It’s been confirmed.

Altair's American accent fully explains why he's the first mf to make a gun
Somebody has found this before, I remember.
FUCKING MOVE MAN! 1:29
Good find man. Keep it up 👍

wow thank you
I just finished the remastered version last night and I think all these lines were it. I’m not hearing anything new.
Are you able to use these lines for a mod? It would be nice to hear these lines ingame.
yo slider, the ac2 debug menu just makes the screen black and doesnt go into the ubisoft logo
Phillip Shabazz was amazing
I hate to say it but I can’t tell an exact difference except for his voice being quieter and precise
His audio sounds a little low quality compared to the other npcs in the cutscenes
Yep. It happens a lot with early voice lines.
In ACREV Altair is the only one who speaks in arabic accent.
Isn't this Altair's voice actor from AC Bloodlines?
No American accent :D by the way who is this voice actor 1:01 then?
Who’s the VA in this version if I may ask?
Phil shabaaz I think. He voiced him in AC1 and I think he just used an accent here
