I saw your arrival!! I was there when you came in. Anyways, I’m hoping this year I’ll be able to try virgin if everything works out well. Nice trip report!

We could definitely recommend Virgin hope everything works out for you! Very cool you've seen us. We had the best 2 weeks ever at Barbados. Lovely island! Thanks for the support mate

Wish I can travel the best "premium economy class" and best "business class" airways in the world, the Virgin Atlantic.

considering it was economy, the food was quite adequate!

Great video. Did you check in a bag. Were they strict with the weight. How was the overall flight

Hi there, we are normally stafftravelling because we work for KLM. Therefore we always get a free checkbag per person on every flight. On this trip we had 1 checked bag with us for 2 persons. Was well under the weight so idk how strict they are in that. Overal service was very good and we got a lot of food. Would recommend virgin on this route! Thanks for the support😇

I sat in that seat on another Virgin aircraft, Miss Sunshine on same flight number VS131. I prefer Virgin Atlantic, especially with the Airbus 330, due to their seat layout, 2 by the window rather than 3, and the option for Economy Delight with extra leg room. I can not find the footage, but the flight from the UK was worse than the flight from Barbados. They ran out of food by my aisle and forgot to come back. I waited an hour after main meal service and the vegetarian food option was all that was left and it was awful! The music on boarding is so cool.

The ice lolly really isn't nice but they are sticking with it. I got it in 2022 and 2024.

Ahhh that sounds like a unlucky experience. Good news the other flight was better. We flew virgin a couple of times also to Antigua and also on a flight to Atlanta. Everytime they impressed me i do really like there economy class product. The ice lolly isn't it we do agree. But i did find it cool to get a ice lolly in economy tho. You don't see that a lot. Thanks for the support my man!

Flew this route a couple of weeks ago. First time flying with Virgin Atlantic - very underwhelmed! They tried to charge £25 pp each way to pre book seat that had already been paid for (I complained and they did book required seats), and food was awful. Will try to avoid using them in future!

Thanks for this. I’m tossing up between these and BA as the only options and I really don’t want to fly either.

I fly premium with Virgin same route and have noticed this as well, I have always managed to get a seat without paying extra, but there are always 5 or so you have to pay extra for.
