@InnocentXprincess I'm a first year PA student. This is very similar to what they're teaching us, though I think our practicum list has a few more points we're supposed to memorize and ask every time. The history, ROS, and physical exam they are teaching us is exhaustively long. It's hard to imagine taking this much time in actual practice.
wasn't that a lot to ask? considering that she came for a headache. Also, no hospital or a clinic would have that much of time. I just think it was too long but very great and helpful.
With regards to the questioning about muscle cramps - the interviewer asks about headaches, seizures, tremors, numbess, tingling, speech, vision, anaemia, bruising. Which body system are these questions related to?
Could somebody please help me write down what she was talking from 0:00 to 0:59? Cause there are many words t can't hear clearly so i can't understand the meaning of whole paragraph. Hope somebody will help me. Thanks so much
we have 5 minuntes to take a relavant history and I do a "screen Systems review" which is doable, this kind of systems review would be reserved for private patients.
Oh god this is horrible. This reminds of how they tough us to take history in medical school. This is such a bad way of doing things. You are wasting so much time and asking irrelevant questions that go nowhere. If you act like this as a real physician you are going to be a loser, you will be finishing late and taking forever to address simple things. Friends, do not do this --- ever.
thank you doctor for uploading this , wish you all luck in your exams & careers

Thanks for this. Another good resource to help me with my practical doing acute or chronic focused assessment.
I wish you could put up a transcript of the interviews. That would be wonderful
