I think we should also aim to optimise our enviroments/models and remove any clutter, if the game is a mess of assets being rendered 24/7 even offscreen I can let the laptop's performance slide
In my case, I was just tired of my GPU ramping up every time I was going to the level view window, lowering the settings to Medium solved my problem ! Thx

Yea this is just for using unreal but metahuman are their own thing as they have their own system requirements because they are intense to run even on high-end systems. You may want to check the metahuman page to see what the minimum requirements are.
