As a veteran, seeing how resource packs changed over the years is so interesting. Back in my days, texture packs mainly overhauled the whole game, most of them aiming for hyper-realistic textures (ignoring the fact it made the game look cursed) or overly cartoony. The amount of medieval-style packs back then was insane. Now, graphic overhauls are a rare sight, with resource packs mostly just changing parts of the game or even adding textures thanks to NBT data.
Only problem is that it needs optifine for things like biome specific leaves, connected textures, and all the tools and armor sets. But once optifine is ported to 1.19, it’ll be one of the best general texture packs out there.
I love how you presented the ad like you would a mod or cool datapack. Normally I don't like skipping the sponsor shoutouts in people's video, but at least you make it entertaining.

an awesome texture pack thats free is ''creature variety by DraminOver'' is adds 2800+ new textures for all mobs in the game. And it all looks like vanilla minecraft, textures so natural that you dont even notice. i would 100% recommend it.
The ones that could be nice if you just want to add small things in your vanilla world : 6:19 - Better Skeletons 6:52 - The Doggos 12:20 - Better Zombies 12:44 - Skeletons on Stones 13:51 - Animated Textures 16:30 - Wilder Animals 17:00 - Better Piglins 18:16 - Alternate Leaves 18:55 - Chests to Pouches 20:10 - Better stations
Here's a suggestion . They need to add locks and keys. If any door even and iron door has a lock no pressure plate or button or lever can open it except its key. I want to put like a yellow key that goes to a yellow lock and the same with others. And if you name a lock with its key with the same name example (key iron door) name for a key and (lock iron door) it can only open the door with that. And you have to be specific

I find the Deluxe4k resource pack quite good. It supports 1.7 to 1.18 in one file, so I don't have to change the pack if I want to play in a different version and 1.19 and 1.20 should follow. Also, the pack has really good features with Optifine and also the shield is no longer in the second hand. Much more free screen.
By any chance can you please make a video on compatible mods that work with Ancient warfare 2 mod that'd be fantastic to know which mods work best with it.
these would be great as standalone mods instead of replacers, I love the idea of being able to switch my armor between normal knight mode to samurai or pirate mode, you could also add like a riot gear mode or some other armor textures.
