CDPAP can be a great program but it lends to activities that would not fall under medically necessary ones, like going to the movies or a club with the client. I don't think taxpayers should be burdened with paying for those hours spent in non ADLs activities. Hard to monitor effectively. If anyone voices need to increase monitoring, they are met with cries of anti-seniors/disabled actions.
