I want to get medical DTV visa for eye surgery cataract for two eyes. I cannot get documents from hospital unless I see them first. But how can I see them first when I need visa which can only get while not in thailand. It's catch 22. Impossible to do. It's not easy. Impossible.

Hello is medical visa given for delivery of baby. If wife is pregnant and want to have delivery of child in Thailand and do check ups while pregnancy
Unlikely, unless the pregnancy was so difficult that the mom could not fly.
