- INGREDIENTS :
4 eggs
100g sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Flour 80g
Cocoa powder 20g
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Bake at 180° for 20-25 mins .
Cherry Compote:
Cherries 1 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup+ 2 tbsp icing sugar
Sugar syrup to moist cake :
1 cup sugar
2-3 tbsp sugar
Whipping cream 1 cup chilled .
