    Gamma waves typify the ''aha'' or eureka moment. The greatest ''aha'' moments of my life have been the times I realized I was dreaming and then stabilized and experienced high level lucid dreams. I had a theory (now verified) that gamma waves would mark the beginning of a Lucid Dream (on an EKG). Sure, the usual BINAURAL beats package for lucid dream induction involves theta waves, but the greatest difficulty in Dream Induced Lucid Dreaming (DILD) is that moment of ''Eurika''. And that moment is a gamma wave event. Buddhist monks with thousands and thousands of hours of meditation experience can generate massive gamma waves (and in concert with each other) and their is evidence that at the moment of death, the brain fires off gamma waves. This is well worth investigating, friends! Beats watching the consumerist trash on tv or listening to corporate propaganda. Metta!

      @@Penthox Tremendous! Makes me even more interested in pursuing this experiment (and maybe investing in a CD that won't have the (alleged) compression compromise involved in RUclips (though who can reasonably complain about RUclips, yeah?). Sleep paralysis would be a big event for me as it is the proof of potent WILD technique (including deep end hypnogogia and all the possibilities of the comparatively under discussed liminal dreaming world), which is exactly where I'm weakest. I've never successfully transitioned from a Wake Induced Lucid Dream. It will be well worthwhile to get 4-5 hours of quality sleep, then WBTB, take some galantamine and Muca pruriens (Lucidamine is a nice ''synergy'' package but I have better luck with an extra 4mg. of galantamine), then do some meditation and then return to bed for a short gamma wave session, and then let the fireworks of the phosphene discharges coalesce into some serious dreamscapes. Got to have a sleep mask this time of the year, it's already getting light outside by 5 a.m.!

    beenexperimenting with these frequencies for a few months you adapt overtime , use common sense if you didn’t get good focus after few listens no wonder . In meditation it takes years to obtain the benefits or at least to get to the state that gives you the higher states of mind. I have been meditating for at least 4 years and now I just really starting to understanding what a sound mind is. It takes time though do a little each day 5 mins then 10 20 ...30 etc. that’s how I started meditation then when you go for something like this it’s actually very affective

    I agree that this works, and I'm a skeptic of everything, maybe it's placebo, i don't care though, it works, i've reached meditative states of complete bliss only comparable to that of drugs, even just now I came out of my meditation in a psychedelic like state, re-realizing the world around me, coming back to earth from my bubble where time was at a complete standstill

      @Mike69Skate 7 лет назад +4

      honestly I haven't meditated frequently enough to really be ableto answer that, but I will say just because it's placebo doesn't mean it has to be one time, the power of placebo is a constant and amazing, maybe it really just works because I want it to, but nonetheless, I feel amazing so does it matter? though it would seem like it might work because it does seem to have some sort of logic behind the concept, it's just hard to say if the waves really translate to your brain

It found that in mice with alzheimer's, listening to tones in the gamma range for an hour a day reduced the formation of amyloid plaques by 50% ! ....so the science does suggests real physical changes in the brain occur through listening to this kind of stuff.

    • @bruceburns332
      @bruceburns332 5 лет назад +3

      So I thought about that. The Frequency of the sound is 40Hz and the speed at which that frequency is pulsing is 300Hz. So the first number represents the spectrum of light this sound is found in 40Hz and the second number is the "clock speed" (like your computer) at which this 40Hz sound is being "strobbed" at your ears. Imagine this as a very fast strobe light for your ears. Because of the 300Hz thats why it sounds like a motor. A lawn mower when it is on and working produces a sound at a certain frequency or range of frequencies which is caused by the combustion. So when it is idle that sound is being repeated at less Hz than when its in the thick grass going full blast because the RPMs (rotations per minute) have gone up (more combustion). Same sound range, greater or lesser pulses. I think you can slow the video down but I'm not sure if that would change the sound frequency or not. I'm going to test it. I don't think it would make the meditation less strong. Remember you have to pick frequencies you can resonate with. This might be too fast, too high, too slow, too low for some people so its is relative to YOUR Frequency and Level of Consciousness in my opinion. Ok now for the test. Ok so here's the update. I reduced the speed to .25 (25%) in the settings and I raised it to 2 (200%) in the settings and I couldn't tell ANY CHANGE. The reason for this is that 300Hz = 300 cycles per second. So imagine if you could sing 1 pitch like C for 1 second. Then imagine singing C 2 times in 1 second and then imagine singing C 300 times in one second. So 25% of 300 = 75Hz or singing C 75 times in 1 second and 200% of 300 is 600 so you'd be singing C 600 times per second. 75 times per second is so fast that the human ear can't really tell or can't tell at all the difference between 75 times a second and 600 times a second. The real question is how many sounds can you hear in 1 second? I found this on Quora: A normal person can resolve distinct sounds that are one hundredth of a second apart. I've heard that some musicians can resolve sounds that are only 1/140 second apart. So if we go with Normal Person then we can presume we can all general hear 100 unique sounds (could be the same sound repeating over and over again) in 1 second. Thats very close to 75 Hz (75 sounds per second) So 25% of 300Hz = 75 Hz (near the top speed of normal people) and anything over 100-140 we cannot distinguish. So for the conscious experience if you could slow this WAY down, it might have a different impact, but the slowest I can get RUclips to slow it is 75Hz (25%). I'll say based on that the general answer to your question is No, it doesn't weaken your meditation, esp at 200Hz which your brain can't consciously tell the difference between 200Hz and 300Hz.

      BS. It is the 40cps frequency that does it, that would be 80cps and useless since only 40cps was found to have any benefit for Alzheimers or memory, IF this in fact is that. It seems too slow, 40 should be barely audible beating. About to make my own WAV with Audiocity to see, I will let you know. YT Audio is possible but ALL LIGHT RUclips ones are fake, almost no monitors or lappies can do 80 cps (need extra beat for off and on), plus you have the compression problem. You just have to build one (parts are like $10 for 40 cps sound AND light), or seen them on sale with cheap LEDs or LCDs for $40.

      You idiots don't get it do you? You're supposed to listen to this whilst studying or doing something that requires focus. You can listen to this 10 hours on end if you wanna do a big study session. Are you going to continuously drink coffee for 10 hours? Coffee gives you energy and makes you feel awake, it does not make you more focused. You may feel more focused with coffee due to being more awake and alert, but directly increasing focus is impossible through coffee. Meanwhile for some people, coffee doesn't help with alertness, so just stop whining like little bitches and either enjoy the sound or go.

      Isochronic tones are a single tone that is pulsed on and off. The rate of on-off in this instance is 40hz. The tone itself is 300hz.

      Binaural beats represent the auditory experience of an oscillating sound that occurs when two sounds with neighboring frequencies are presented to one's left and right ear separately. Binaural beats have been shown to impact information processing via their putative role in increasing neural synchronization. 300 Hz & 340 Hz are the different frequencies in each ear. The net effect is the frequency of 40 Hz which you actually hear.

      If you have an android phone download Mindroid app. Do your research on alpha theta beta states
      It wont do you any good if you are trying to listen while doing somethin, but Mindroid is far more effective than any sound program. If u have any questions do t hesitate to ask ill help ya best i can

    • @Jad042
      @Jad042 5 лет назад +1

      The 600hz and 640hz are part of the voice's tone and multiples of the main frequency which is 300hz, so what you actually hear is a 300hz sound, so nothing wrong with that.
