  • Dr. Menon is the head of the dental public health division at the Gerald Niznick College of Dentistry at the University of Manitoba. He graduated from the Dental Public Health program at the University of Toronto in 2018 and has since worked in various public health settings, including Indigenous communities in Nunavut and Northern Ontario. He has held his current position since 2023, where he teaches undergraduate students and works as both a researcher and clinician. His research primarily focuses on seniors and other vulnerable population groups.
    In this video, Dr. Menon discusses his findings from a study designed to investigate the perspectives of parents of children, under 12 years old, on dental care accessibility challenges and the Interim Canadian Dental Benefit, in anticipation of the Canadian Dental Care Plan.
