The priest stirring up resentment & fear towards a changeling actually being a hag in disguise with the goal of driving the person away from the town is a really great twist, I feel like it could work well for other situations like lycanthropes & tieflings
So the Sweet Hag is Hansel & Gretel, Sea Hag is Little Mermaid, Iron Hag is Rapunzel and Cuckoo Hag is Coraline? Now we need a Maleficent Hag creating walls of thorns, cursing people to sleep and transforming into dragons!
