The Masquerade skin pack and the Klassic MK movie skin pack were sold separately, I don't think they are included in the ultimate edition. The pre-order skin packs can only be bought with time crystals from the in-game premium shop (if and when they are for sale again) or if NRS offers them in the Race Against Time.

Harumi's Protector (Kombat League Season 2 Reward - Connect 25 Uppercuts) & (Krypt Event 23) - This one might return in future Kombat League seasons.
Vengeance Kunai - I couldn't really find something on that, but I think you can get it into the Ko-op Towers in the towers of time. Or you can try and play with Scorpion towers of time that offer gear, maybe you'll get lucky.
Rebirth - I couldn't find anything clear on it. I guess it's one of those skins offered randomly in the towers of time.
