Dear Maria!! When I got up today,I had a great news!!! Those were Your new videos!!!Wow, I am very very happy all day!! Thank you very much!!! Kindly, Kei
Such beauty! I learned this gorgeous melody back in 1995 when I was starting my guita journey. My teacher at that time Marisa Gomez, a super classical guitarist handed me the copy of the sheet music for this, which I still have. And I still play it from time to time. It s been some years since I played it and remember the A section almost perfectly. Not a prowess by my memory, but rather a beautiful melody that found a special place in my heart for ever. My best regards, I will practice it again ro remember it fully. Thank you, Facundo from Argentina.
Well, Thank you so much for listening here, and for those extremely kind comments, Russell! - and Yes, I can see (and hear!) that you 'get like that' too! It's a great pleasure to listen to you! Kind regards, Maria
Maria, I'm late to comment. Sorry! You know why. But then I enjoy you the more! Yet another sweet piece that I wish I had composed. You are so good at this!! THANK YOU! LOL Peo
Maria, it has been more than 30 years since I had to practice my first piece from your "Neue Folklorestücke für Gitarre" and it was love at first sight. Decades later in another millenium I still keep coming back to your music and instantly feel at home; your "Legends and Landscapes" collection I hold especially dearly. I cannot count the times pieces like "to the Isles of Aran" or "The Mermaid and the Fisher" have provided me comfort and made me remember why I first fell in love with these six wires strapped on a piece of wood. As I just now realized that you are actually on YT I do not want to miss the opportunity to send you a mighty big Thank You. I do not know if the guitar would have the same meaning to me had I not been exposed to the be beauty of your compositions. Thanks, Kenneth
Dear Kenneth, one year late! - I find your kind message, and thank you for all that kindness in telling me about your life with the guitar - it is a wonderful gift to be able to play, is it not? And in these difficult times it is a special blessing, I find. I trust that you are keeping safe and well and will continue to be so! All my best wishes, Maria
Some years after finishing my guitar studies (really hard but very boring) you have made me rediscover the beauty of this instrument with your lovely masterpieces. A little flower can contain more beauty in its simplicity than a great cathedral. Thanks a lot. I'm thinking about the translation of "Geflüster" in French, "murmures" (made by the wind) or "chuchotements"(by someone)? It could help me to find the best translation in Spanish. ('murmullos' or 'susurros') Thanks again. Manuel Vicente (Teruel / Spain)
A good guitar professor that I had gave me this song, which I enjoyed very much, and I still do. Thank you very much for creating it, greetings from Spain.
Hello Stephen, lovely to hear from you again! I'm honoured by your daddy's listening to this piece so many times, because I know he must be a great musician, as well as a great teacher! My respect and regards to you both! Maria

Thank you, Derek! - I've just been listening to your amazing acoustic guitar music! Thank's for posting your wonderful pieces, too! Kind regards, Maria
As the music flowed lifting my spirit high much like a reflection on a swan lake so peaceful and sweet was the feeling with every phrase I remain there weightless as the sequence unraveled I could no longer hold it and the ending really choked me MARVELLOUS... just marvellous

Thank you Maria for this piece. My late teacher - famous Czeslaw Drozdziewicz chose it for me many years ago. He played it for me and I was delighted. You have probably heard of Czeslaw Drozdziewicz Festival in Poland. It was one of his favourite pieces. Jurand

Que hermosa pieza , gracias
I can see the perfection in your songs. You are one of the best in RUclips. 5 stars.
I'm glad that you find this piece beautiful to play! Thank you for listening and for your comment!
