Another consideration for Haalands minutes is that after gameweek 6 it’s champions league and then it’s spurs in gameweek 7. Much more likely to play in gameweek 5 than 6 in my opinion
I’m not actively looking to go differential. But I do think Cancelo (c) is genuinely a good option. Will play 90 minutes, will almost certainly get a clean sheet and will be able to roam forward vs Forest at home. Could be in for a decent haul…

Slight error in Cancelo's numbers - he isn't 0.00 assists per 90 as he got one already this season. Just doesn't show up in the data I used as it was a fantasy assist, not a "real" one

I agree, transferring out Cancelo before NFO (H) does seem like a disaster. But you're also getting Rodrigo vs Everton in the move which doesn't seem that bad at all... All it takes is a NFO goal for Cancelo's GW to be spoiled

It's a funny old game FPL how quickly your confidence can get knocked but you gotta believe in your system and not fall into the trap of copying teams without understanding them, many bad game weeks in a row but I haven't made any screaming bad decisions, just very weird results so far!

I've taken -12 which was unnecessary but like last weekend was a perfect example. James, Dias, Cancelo, Sessegnon, Jansson got 4 points between them. Jenson, Son, Saka got 7 points between them. Then Harrison against *Chelsea* gets 14 pts and he's on my bench lul - Just shaking all my bad luck out early.
GW 4 I came 9.5 mill out of 9.8 mill players hahaha, absolutely atrocious. In the last 5 seasons I've been in the top 200k 3 times. Always top mill. Just absolutely dripping in bad luck to kick start the season

I think having kulusevski and Lisandro are two good shouts Lisandro has been on a good run although United don’t get many clean sheets and spurs are doing well on attack and kulu is very important I think he’ll bag assist like crazy
I’ve gone Zinchenko for Dunk. I didn’t go for Saliba/Gabriel as I’m not overly convinced they’ll keep loads of clean sheets by the time wildcards come around and can see Dunk matching or out scoring them in the next 5-6 gws. Banked 0.6m and rolled on a transfer for next week
As someone who used 1 transfer to take out Zinchenko but already have Sanchez as my keeper I decided to make the switch to Saliba just because the home to Aston Villa and home to Everton matches look quite strong plus Arsenal could have had 3 clean sheets in their first 4 fixtures if Gabriel had cleared the ball in time before Mitrovic skillfully stole it and found the corner. If Aston Villa were the home team I would have went different and picked Cucurella or Stones.

Surely if you are worried about minutes for haaland and salah has a difficult fixture vs a strong newcastle arsenal attack looks a stronger captain vs a very struggling villa. If you think NFO is a worse defense than NEW, and MC attack is better or similar to LIV, wouldn't you captain haaland instead of salah? Unless you think that cs and extra point per goal is worth the swing? I think there's just a slight case of Salah goggles on here.

I was at the Eastleigh game and one of my mates kept saying liverpool are up 2-0 already... 3-0 now it's 4... and I was thinking oh come on it must be raining points here for salah but noooope. As you have ederson I would suggest you to transfer out cancelo, it gives you a lot of money in the bank which you can use it next week, for rodrygo well that’s a good option, I would have gone for him if I had the money but also he isn’t essential
If a player we want to keep is about to go down in value (Robbo, Trent, Kane, etc) is it worth selling them and buying them back later? Especially with wildcards coming soon?

Saka has not been giving any returns since GW1 you should have sold him for Odegard or Martinelli ages ago. I personally don't feel comfortable with Diaz. Get Foden or Kulu or even Rodrigo
Chelsea seems to have good fixtures to win games but no to keep clean sheets. James is great for the attacking points but his clean sheet bonus wont be comming until Kante returns

Surely if you are worried about minutes for haaland and salah has a difficult fixture vs a strong newcastle arsenal attack looks a stronger captain vs a very struggling villa. I am going to captain cancelo as man city will be looking to keep a clean sheet and a good opportunity for cancelo to get a return or 2 could be a bad move but looks strongest in my team
If you think NFO is a worse defense than NEW, and MC attack is better or similar to LIV, wouldn't you captain haaland instead of salah? Unless you think that cs and extra point per goal is worth the swing? I think there's just a slight case of Salah goggles on here.

What do people see in Dasilva? Okay Brentford have decent fixtures, but both the goals he scored were incredibly (!!) lucky. As a bench option he's fine, but would never make it into my first 11.

I have a very similar situation to yours, 2 free transfers and no obvious moves to make...what would you suggest: i have 0,3m in the bank and the real dillema i have is whether to transfer out Neto who i have been so patient with from the beginning, or make a bench transfer (bench: Ward, N.Williams, A.Pereira, Stansfield (my transfer in for Archer before gw4))...i feel like there are no obvious and quality replacements for Neto for 5,6M, and it would also feel a bit awkward actually burning the transfer... what would your advice be?Thanks in advance👊

As you have ederson I would suggest you to transfer out cancelo, it gives you a lot of money in the bank which you can use it next week, for rodrygo well that’s a good option, I would have gone for him if I had the money but also he isn’t essential
