100% scientifically correct! I’m fine mixing a live rock or pop band. I’m fine mixing music in my home studio with dozens of tracks.
Never in a lifetime would I ever want to come close to recording a band like this live because I know it would come out sounding like a pile of crap. This sort of thing is best left to engineers who are as world class as the band itself!
They are definitely the stuff of legends but probably not quite like Tom Dowd. lol sorry couldn't resist!

Radio being broadcast from Melbourne,Australia 🇦🇺. I livevin Perth, Western Australia 🇦🇺 and I tell you it absolute rocks the house from all sides! The jazx synthesisers, horn se tion andbas are incredible sound! I pued them up on youtube and was impressed. I would definitely love to see these guys in concert. You will not be disappointed i guarantee you on that! Superb musicians. Keep jamming guys!

Shaun Martin is F***n Brilliant!! Also, The one thing that ALWAYS gets me in the feels, is hearing how much of a musician's musician Michael League is. At the end of EVERY show, he never misses a band members name. They probably arent hasty to get the recognition, but he still does it anyway. No "I" in BAND. May this band and every contributor to it be blessed with an abundance of everything good! Thank You Dougitoons, for capturing this breath-taking moment in time!

Incredible sound for sure, and it's all coming from the front fill and monitor bleed. No "Ears" for the band. THat's when you know you got it right as a mixer!

You know, I wish I had recorded all of this concert, but my phone battery was pants. I've listened to so many other live recordings of Sleeper, but I was blessed to be present at what I think was the most musically and emotionally charged performance. I am eternally grateful to @SnarkyPuppy for their genius and congeniality💖
