Another excellent video. Thank you for sharing. Have you considered using a hammock setup to camp with? I personally use a 9ft hammock that is 42 inches wide a lot. It is very lightweight but large enough that I can lay flat and not sleep curved like a banana. My area has a large amount of flying insects so I have a bugnet. I cover it with a tarp in case of rain or moisture. If it is rain drop the tarp close to the hammock. If not I leave the tarp off or a few feet above the hammock. I use a pad or underquilt underneath my hammock if the temperature is cool or cold to prevent freezing or being uncomfortable on my bottom side. A suitable blanket or sleeping bag for cover works well. I like blankets the best. It took me three or four uses to get accustomed to sleeping in a hammock but now I sleep better in a hammock than I do in my bed. If not for my wife, I would sell my bed and hang a hammock in my house. Just an idea for you to consider. Thanks for sharing. I’m jealous of you when I see your videos 🙏🏼✌🏼👍🏼✌🏼🙏🏼🌲🌳🌴
Really glad you enjoyed the video! Thanks so much for your valuable comment and suggestions. I actually own a hammock too, and I totally get the comfort you mentioned. I just haven’t featured it in my videos yet. You shared some great tips about using a hammock and accessories like an underquilt and bug net-super helpful. I might consider doing a hammock camping video in the future. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience. I’m happy I could inspire you, and I hope you continue to enjoy your adventures!
