Shout out to her brother, Finneas, for backing vocals, co-writing, and production. Billie's the Big Name, but they're really more of a duo. It's adorable how he supports his little sister as the more prominent of the two. Also, a lot of that ambience they create is due to their creative process involving synesthesia, which they both have. Billie wanted to convey her sensory experiences through her music. Every sound has a smell, a colour, a texture, etcetera. She describes it better than I do. It's really cool, though.

just so u know ! the guy voice u hear in “i love you” is her older brother finneas! he helps produce and write, and he also has his own music! it’s just billie and finneas working together and it was cool to hear them together in !!!!!! to show how they’re not taking themselves super seriously and how they’re a team :^)
