Mark the findings in xrays-add notes how that finding in xray formed and high yield points relating that xray
Yes, are you right
Sorry to be so offtopic but does anybody know of a method to get back into an instagram account..?
I was stupid lost the login password. I appreciate any tricks you can give me.

Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
@Jackson Camilo it worked and I now got access to my account again. Im so happy:D
Thank you so much, you saved my ass!
Please keep in mind that exceptionally few of these conditions can be diagnosed from JUST the chest X-ray. Basically anything that isn’t atelectasis, infection or pneumoperitoneum cannot be determined through the X-ray alone and needs further imaging or investigation.
COPD and emphysema are basically identical on X-ray, masses need further imaging or biopsy to actually identify (metastatic disease is a differential for EVERY lung mass seen on CXR); and they are just a couple of examples…
This is absolutely correct!
Enlarged heart is pretty easy to spot
Emphysema is a category of copd
Very useful for Cardiology and T.B.departments. Thank you
Thank you 😊
loved it .. I' ll wait for the next 💟💟
Thank you 😊
Very good compilation, tks!
Thank you 😊
Please put annotations on the pathological findings on CXR.
that is in the works :)
This is great, but on my phone it is impossible to see the pneumothorax. The first one

You’re welcome ☺️
May I please get the difference between cardimegally and pericardial effusion on xray?
Cardiomegaly with left heart failure has Pleural Effusion, and pericardial effusion does not.
Please give expansions how to differentiate one condition from other
Great idea!! 😀 In the meantime, check out some of the videos in this playlist for explanations of X-ray findings…. m.ruclips.net/p/PLnNLMS9Yd49DC5NJGo1XlXdLIGSgVxnBS

Thanks
You’re welcome ☺️
Is number 9 dextocardia? Or flim is changed by side? Look at fundic gas, n elivated opposite hemidiaphragm.
Yes, it is dextrocardia. 👍🏻
You have to hope that the radiographer has marked the image up correctly (here they labelled the right side with the marker in the top left), but you are correct to question it. Situs Inversus mirrors the abdominal organs too which is why the liver is on the left side, but it’s very uncommon. I’ve seen plenty of radiographers mistakenly flip their images but I haven’t seen any cases of situs inversus in my 6 years of radiography!
No 46 can not be Thymoma ,,but Hydatid cyst ( location is left lower lobe )
Very good idea! But in actuality, it is an extramediastinal (ectopic) thymoma.
#36 what
Thanku you 🔥
You’re welcome ☺️
#27 ,, how can I differentiate between pneumonia and pleural effusion on chest x-ray?!
Think ‘where is it?’ and ‘what is it’? Pneumonia is an infection of the LUNG tissue and pleural effusion is fluid in the PLEURAL SPACE which surrounds the lung. So pneumonia is a disease of the lung and pleural effusion is a disease of the pleura. They have very different radiographic findings and it’s best to look at lots of examples. Pneumonia causes lung opacification (whitening) in brief and pleural effusion shows blunting of the costophrenic angle and a meniscus (concave line) peripherally.
Great response!! :)
Thanks sir
You’re welcome ☺️
For some, you can't just give a spot diagnosis without history, PE and other investigations. Thanks though for your efforts.
You are completely correct! This quiz is really more for fun than a test of knowledge or skill.
Like for pleural lipoma, or pleural empyema
Atelectasis=pneumothorax???
number 10 is ARDS or cardiogenic ?
Sir plz explain the xray also for better undertstanding.

Can somebody confirm or deny if breast cancer could be potentially seen on chest X-ray? I know it’s not the same as mammogram but would it show up on chest X-ray? Ty
Great question! A plain chest radiograph lacks sensitivity in detecting breast cancer and is not intended for that purpose. A normal x-ray cannot be used to rule out the presence of breast cancer.
@@Med4VL really appreciate the response. If I may ask one more question regarding that - so if a patient was getting chest X-ray to rule out any lung problem there would be no way the X-ray would “accidentally” pick up if the patient had anything concerning on the breast? Ty
Not to say that it is impossible, but rather that it is not a common occurrence.
@@Med4VL thank you very much.
@@sadiegirl3011 you're welcome :)
Sir please upload more
Thank you. More will be on the way soon! :)

There is a certern group of people who can tell what's wrong with you by taking a peek of a mess of different shades of gray.
It usually takes more than just an X-ray. This quiz is more for fun than a true test of knowledge or skill.
Super
Thank you 😊
👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you 😊
Last one can't be mesothelioma
Beautiful
Thank you :)

making diagosis without clinical history on xray is wrong, u can only describe
Indeed, it is often not possible to establish a diagnosis on the basis of an x-ray alone. This x-ray quiz is more for fun than a true test of knowledge or skill.
There are no explanations, at least highlight the abnormality so we know.
Here is an x-ray quiz in which the pathology is highlighted in the answer…

#34 COVID-19
That particular x-ray is from the year 2007.
Chutiya presentation of X-rays.
Without any history u can not make a diagnosis.
some 1 made a valid point.... in few x-rays it seemed like pneumonitis/mets instead of pleural or thymic mass... N in case of adeno ca or other Mets, well we evn couldn't see the lesions... very bad presentation without any history or explanation for the same
Uhm these are not correct whatsoever. 😂
Where is the pneumothorax in number 2?
Great
Thanks :)
