Hear, hear, well said. It is everything not something. It is a failed state pretending everything is normal. The Police rob the rakyat blind and treat them like an ATM. The MACC hides behind the veneer of investigating corruption and simultaneously indulge in corrupt practices. The only saving grace is the rakyat finds out the truth largely because the corrupt pollies squealed on each other, which otherwise we would not know other than we are being robbed blind.

Sorry to say but u must understand all political parties are controlled by billionaires have u heard.about committee of 300 (top 300 powerful billionaires). You can search for the book or videos and involvement of foreign powers. All political parties are controlled by this ppl. Why politicians don't care about the 95% is because they will rule for 5 or 10 yrs, then the gov change hands n everything is swept under the carpet. You help me, I help u. They will escape whatever consequences cos everything is under corrupt politicians. There is no justice for the 95%, democracy is long dead. So if we the citizens want change, justice n freedom, do a peaceful protest in front of the parliament or at the politicians house, bring our parents, wife, children. You are absolutely correct in saying that the outcome of the 2 cases may have been different if the victims had come from prominent families.
I feel for the families of the 2 victims and pray that justice will prevail one day.
Meanwhile, the problem of bullying has to be addressed on an urgent basis and everyone from parents to teachers and society at large need to play their part. Perhaps we can start at kindergarten or primary school level where parents or teachers must immediately rebuke any child who makes fun of a classmate who may be chubbier, thinner or less attractive.
I have heard teachers making fun of pupils while others laugh. Can they accept it if their own children were victimised? I complained and had a hard time because of that

This is truly a scary reality happening in our country. Disappointing!
Investigation and Inquiry in Malaysia are for "show" to the public. Accountability & Transparency, especially in the power of authority DOES NOT exist. No Government officials, even for our Politicians to admit there are mistakes or negligence happened on their watch. Period.
In Malaysia, if the powerful is found guilty, it has to go to the top for a decision to initiate prosecution. Sometimes it is not about the connection. Remember the case involving a car knocking down the cyclist racing in the wee morning when everyone else is fast asleep.
I am afraid Syed Ali Tawfik al Atas in his resent video, ( Malaysia has a systemic issue) has an answer to many resent problems. If this is so, then we may have to live with unsolved untimely deaths and other cases you have highlighted in earlier messages. As long as we have voices like yours or Syed's hope for a brighter future remains, albeit distant.

Very sad tragedies for the bully victims and their families. Bullying occurs everywhere in the world but, left unchecked, it can lead to fatality. In Malaysia, depending on certain factors, the prosecution it seems can be made to have a weak case so much so that a prima facie case cannot even be made out. It's no big wonder that certain primary or expert witnesses are not subpoenaed to give their testimonies in court. So, it's no wonder 🤔 that people keep wondering if things are "designed for a certain outcome", especially if influential people or their children are involved. As such, it is both a wonderful and wonder-full country.

It is apparent that the system of adjudication in this woefully DANGEROUS country has an escape route built in. A 'get out of jail' route that includes omissions to steer justice to a pre-desired outcome. We have seen a slew of cases of public interest that have been left wanting. It strikes fear, a kind of fear that sends a message to the masses that we, the RAKYAT are inconsequential, disposable to the the highest bidder or so it seems.

Given the number of blatant cover ups of dubious deaths that have surfaced over the years, it is hard to have much faith in our law enforcers and judicial system. Bear in mind this are just the cases that attracted attention which are likely a small fraction of all the cases that actually occur. If justice is not served in these types of cases, what of sexual assaults, corruption and the myriad of "lesser" crimes?
Malaysia is a very corrupt country and merit is not important. Positions are not based on merit. Also people are very lazy, not objective and not keen to learn. Police of course too corrupt and inefficient. But these two deaths, I cant comment without knowing full detail.
