Monoclonal B Cell Lymphocytosis (MBL), Clonal Hematopoiesis and Other Age-Related Findings

Monoclonal B cell lymphocytoses (MBL) are small clonal B cell expansions that can be identified by flow cytometry in the peripheral blood of healthy adults, particularly the elderly. Most MBL populations have a chronic lymphocytic leukemia-like (CLL-like) immunophenotype and may represent a precursor of B cell malignancy. However, most MBL will never progress to leukemia/lymphoma within the lifetime of the individual, and may be better understood within the broader context of aging-related changes in the peripheral blood.
This talk explores the clinical, epidemiologic and prognostic significance of MBL and places MBL within the broader context of clonal hematopoiesis in the elderly, including clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential (CHIP) and other aging-related changes in circulating blood cells.

Where any of the MBL people check for parasite, viruses and fungus underlying conditions

Did you correlate the MBLs with any underlying food allergies. Is thier a high incidence of MBL in people who are making blood cells from basically poisonous substances to them by the process of ingestion.
As one ages they develop food intolerance and sensitivity. So can this be a co factor

Can someone in this group look at Alpha Gal Syndrome and it's effects on B cells and MBL if it causes or leads to MBL make a video with the information.
