Good to see old stuff being re-used. Down to earth build. Nice to see a little ingenuity and not blowing a shed load of cash. Keep em coming. Regards from down under.
Just loving your content. You are a ‘real, proper’ woodworker and that’s very refreshing. Noticed that you have not put any content on for a while. Hope you are all good, and will upload again soon. This is fantastic viewing for an armchair woodworker with limited ability! ME! THANKS FOR YOUR WORK.
You are a man after my own heart. Most of my workshop is made from reclaimed or repurposed material. I too don't like spending money unnecessarily. I also have the same table saw as you, and what you've done has given me the impetus to perform as similar upgrade. Thanks very much P.S No nonsense wood glue works a treat ;)
Nice job, I really enjoyed watching that. I am very impressed by your use of a table saw. You clearly respect it, and it’s dangers. I’ve seen a lot of similar sites to your one where the uploaded is obviously over confident and complacent. Hands too close to a the blade etc. Love your uploads, your very versatile and able to improvise. Cheers.
+mike nicholas thanks for the support Mike I do try and reuse everything where possible but friends make abit of fun out of me hence the humour lol cheers Paul
Should cut down a metal ruler and router a bit off the edge of the table from the saw to the edge so you can easily move the fence up and down the ruler to the size you need
Cool build it turned out really good ,that's what I'm looking to do I've just bought a cheap table saw and need to make it a bit better. Where about a in Leeds you from I live in LS16 . Cheers Tim from Wood 4 Nothing 🌲🌲

Solid job, great stuff.

Great, no- frills idea's, cheers. What about melamine faced stuff for fence runner faces and corresponding table edges for smoother slide?

Why not put metal runners at the sides just like drawer style just a thought.
And how is the machine Titan, are satisfied with his work? How long has he been with you?
Hi for a cheap saw it's very good never given me any problems it's not the best saw but you get what you pay for
Thank you very much for your feedback. You convinced me that I need to buy this saw.
Barnsley?
Why in the hell do you keep the blade so far up when you’re cutting such thin material???!!!???....
You ruined it with the paint and the fence lid because before that it was the ugliest set up I've ever seen.
I loved it that way.
MAYBE A 20%BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL SET UP IN OTHER WORDA IT SUCKS BAD DESIGN POOR PLANING WOULD NO DO THAT TO MY PORTABLE TABLE SAW
I did something like this a month ago with plans from Woodglut.
