- i remember when 2ne1 had their first feature song with big bang for lollipop. and then they just blew up with songs like i don't care and fire. 2ne1 was also one of the first artists i covered when i started youtube! made a simple medley of 2NE1's hit songs (not all) for their contributions to k-pop.

I remember the first time I was introduced to 2ne1. My dad bought me a CD with 2ne1 in it and told me to watch it because my idol, Sandara Park, was in that group. Yes- I was (STILL) a fan of Dara way back when she was still an actress here in the Philippines. So I watched it because, hey, why not? Dara is here, and I'm being introduced to a new music genre so let's try. The first MV was Fire and I found it lit AF! Then came Lollipop, then a live version of I Don't Care as well as their cover of Rhianna's Take A Bow. That's when I started becoming a BlackJack. I fould CL lit, I found Bom beautiful and I found Minzy's dancing amazing. And for Dara? I found her very mesmerising. I also started to like BigBang, too, because of the Lollipop MV. From there, I started to support them until I became an ELF and later on, an ARMY. I never forgot them. They were the ones who introduced me into the world of KPOP. My Queens, my role models. When I found out about their disbandment, I felt really sad but I couldn't cry and I don't know why. It's like something broke inside me. My Queens will no longer have a comeback but I still hope they'd be complete one day. When I got this notification and listened to it, a tear fell down my cheek and that was it. I'm going to miss 4x4/OT4. I'm going to miss 2ne1 as a band but I'm still gonna support them with their individual things. Thank you for these wonderful years, 2ne1. ❤

2ne1 changed kpop. Girl groups were cute, innocent, shy but 2ne1 was not. They were bright like neon colors, they were charismatic like fire, they were strong like pillars, they performed like they had nothing to lose and everything to gain, they weren't the prettiest but they were beautiful on stage, they were calm off stage but fire onstage.
Other girl groups try t be Ike them but what made 2ne1 great was that they KNEW themselves what they wanted and what they wanted to portray to girls. I will miss them because I loved them.
I still can't believe this shit.... 2ne1 was my favorite idol group...well and there's also BigBang...
When I first saw 2ne1 debut stage I was shocked and surprised cuz when other girl groups were being cute,sexy they were
doing something new and different. I'm a girl and I think other girl groups who just be cute,sexy, their targets are boys but not for 2ne1. 2ne1 got a lot of female fans than any other girl group and I was one of them...
The lyrics were perfect too. 2ne1 was all about independent woman and their songs helped me out some rough times...
Loved all the members and so pissed about how YG handled this.
Still going to think that there is more to this sad story and there will be a happy ending someday.

Im not lying when I say 2NE1 is the Queen of the Queens in Kpop. They just give me a strong and charismatic vibe unlike others, and they slayed every single song. Sad to see them go. Thank you, queens. I'll be missing you. Geuriwohaeyo!

Thank you 2ne1, you introduced me into the kpop world. The first ever korean song i ever heard was I'm the best and since than i fell in love with this group and ultimately fell in love with many other korean stuff... I may not be the biggest fan of 2ne1 but seriously I LOVE YOU SOO MUCH!!! I really regret not being able to see any of your concerts live. 2ne1 i such a unique group no one can ever replace it, even the next kpop queen will not take 2ne1 position in my heart. Whether 2ne1 got disbanded or not i wil be sad either ways because if they did not get disbanded i will see 1missing on stage, 1 voice missing in all songs, 1 missing name on all future albums. But 2ne1 got disbanded, i can never ever hear the songs made by 2ne1 again...IM SO SAD😭😭😭
I really wish them all the best for their career and hope that they would bring us new songs as a solo artist. Perhapes in near future the foursome might perform together again...i really hope they do....

Every time I listen to this it makes me want to cry. It shows how strong 2NE1 was, and how much hard work was put through the years. 2NE1 was different, and will always be the first kpop group that I fell in love with. That's when i became a blackjack. At first I don't expect to the facts that they dissbanded will hit me this hard. Really, actually after minzy left i can't either imagine 2ne1 as 3, but after I heard 'goodbye' ,I had a nigtmare that they can't just let that happened, actually to some point i'm still denial about it. For me 2ne1 was more that just a band, it has a other meaning it symbolize; my start with kpop , my teen years. It was the 1st band that i was followe from almost the beginning and actually the only girls group i like. Your medley awake this feeling about this whole situation and recalls me what it actually means for me. I really enjoy listening this, the part of" come back home" and "it hurts" hits me the most it so beautifull ,i will love the full version of that slow and full of emotions. It's a win-win situation, any producers can have a big profit, 2NE1 can have their farewell to the fans and thank them, the fans can watch their idols and say goodbye and have their closures. Their last explosive performances can set off and boost each of the girl's (2NE1) solo career. Please please please....... Anyone...grant us this one last fan service.

Even though I was never a dedicated Blackjack, their music still played a big role in my journey as a kpop fan and I feel so sad that there wont be anymore song from them as a group... but as they embark in their own solo journeys, i wish them the best and lots of success T^T

i am reading through the comments section while listening to this. it was like a long journey for me. I'm not really into kpop because of all the cutesy and girly thing they always do plus their faces are almost the same. but when i heard and saw how 2ne1 performs plus teddy's composition, that's when i know that they will be the reason y i will start loving kpop but now i dunno anymore. it's like kpop world will never be the same without them. but nothing's permanent i just hope i can still follow bommie's solo career as an artist. i already missed her voice. I'm following dara , CL and minzy solo careers though.

Forever a Blackjack
I'm not a huge fan of them but I still somewhat like them. I was actually sad and lowkey mad they that disbanded. It was also announced that Taehyun was leaving Winner & that's when I balled my eyes out. I just can't imagine Winner without Taehyun. I'm slowly accepting the fact that he left and is getting better.
