    Sorry I missed the live, I got home late. That new tripod footage looks good!
    The evap makes this seem weird but I can definitely see how it works, and it looks really nice- I love eggs though! Definitely wants some cheese in there 😁

    Hello Martine 😊 that looks different, reminds me of a Souffle a savoury one, look at this Geordie being all posh haha 😂 amazing how certain ingredients come together especially with the Evaporated milk who would have known eh 😊 glad it came out well for you, looked really nice and so sorry i missed your Live, but i watched it back and i have to say your Pad looks well Posh Lol i can just see you pictured at the Piano singing knees up Mother Brown Lol 😂😂 it looked Fun and glad it went well 😊

    Jewish housewives make potato kugel especially for Passover,of cause no bacon,and as it’s a side dish there is no milk,as you can’t have meat,and dairy in the same meal.The onion,and potatoes are grated,but not cooked,then you add the flour,and eggs,at that point you have a choice you can cook immediately,or let it sit for a couple of hours then cook,if you let it sit it becomes a green kugel,as the color becomes a grayish green,and the taste is altered.I prefer them cooked as soon as you make them,you can also add schmaltz rendered chicken fat.😊
