thank you so much for this video, i used my little swiss army knife to pick the paper out but i wouldnt have even tried if i hadnt seen this video, which helped me slow down and have patience :)
Thank you and great title for the post. I had the exact same paper jam. I wanted to undo those four screws as well! The key thing you said for me was using the button and let the roller push it out. Now back to printing labels woo hoo0
In case anyone is curious about the screws... before I made it to your video I DID take the four screws out. Which lead to nothing but an exposed metal piece that wouldn't budge. So then I proceeded to take the entire printer apart. 😂After tearing everything to pieces and realizing that the roller was pretty much impossible to remove, I painstakingly put everything back together (...it comes apart much easier than it goes back together...) and then did something similar to what you did. Just picked away at it with a little goo gone, a box cutter, and tweezers. After about an hour of time spent and a half a roll of wasted labels, I finally got it clear enough to feed again. Haven't printed anything on it yet though as I'm still troubleshooting other issues. What a giant headache! The even more frustrating part about it is that I've only had the printer for a couple of days and was SO looking forward to using it. Hoping I can get it straightened out and that it was just a one-time fluke! 🤞
Ok but your little multitool is the the actual cutest!! Glad you got it fixed!
THANK YOU! IT WAS NEEEEEDED
