Commenting as I watch... Càffe latte, maybe? Browns and pinks...I would *never* have thought to combine those colors, but it's gorgeous! The shell & glitter mix is perfect. 💕😊💕 Look at that, indeed! Girl, That. Is. Gorgeous! 💕😊👍
Thank you so much my dear. I had the idea while testing the crushed ice effect. I was so positively surprised about the outcome. Didn't expect this at all 😅❤️❤️❤️❤️
Wow, Petra! That is gorgeous!😍 Your unusual color combination is very complimentary, the glitter is stunning and the effects are amazing! I even really liked the streaks of the espresso color that didn't mix completely. It gives it individual character. Thanks for sharing your talent and creativity with us. 💜
Well, you once again have knocked it out of the ballpark. You are such an amazing artist and you definitely have a gift with colors. Everything you touch turns to gold. I’M OBSESSED with this one. Even got the last glitter and shells from Laura!❤
Thank you so much. I am not sure if I am always so gifted with colours *lol ... I just grap some without thinking. Thank you so much for all your support ❤️
Dear Marlies, I am not sure if we discovered this technique but we certainly worked on the effect with many many headaches until we achieved what we wanted ❤️
@@PetisHomeart I tried to replicate the effect and a funny thing happened. I did get the effect on the pour side, but the front came out solid. Do you have any thoughts of what might have happened here?
@@PetisHomeart Thank you for replying. Would love to know how many drops of white resin ink you place in how much resin? I'd love to give this technique a try.
Once again, I am just amazed by your insanely beautiful art!! I really want to do a bowl & this is so much like what I was imagining!! Thank you so much for sharing your incredible talent with us!!❤
OMG! this is absolutely gorgeous !!😲 Your idea of a pearl in the middle of the bowl is a good one, but I like the shell and glitter the way it is. You are an amazing artist Petra.
Oh my!! This is absolutely amazing! It’s incredibly beautiful, it is perfect and I love it. You are so talented and so inspirational, thank you Petra 💕
Wow Petra totally loving this beauty you nailed it so perfect. The amount of resin I waisted to find the perfect mixture. Thank-you for sharing your knowledge I do not have octopus inks or art pro resin but I might work with the ingredients I have .I was actually cracking it with mica.
Well it needs to be mixed rather opaque and I am using white resin ink. The Let's Resin White should also work. However, the resin is also important. Mine has a long working time. This video was done while I was still testing for a collaboration with two other artists and it took us a lot of time and actually money to get this technique on a good level. 😅
I think it's beautiful Petra! I love that mold too. So unusual. I was wondering if you would consider trying instead of one large pour in the middle, how about three smaller pours? I wonder what that would look like? 🤔 just thinking out loud.
Actually I have no idea. This was actually one of my first pours with this technique and thought I was already brave mixing the psycho gold into my white/brown mix. However thanks 🙏 for the idea 🤎💖🫶💖🤎
@Petra Gerbracht I would try it myself but I don't have that scallop mold and I just ran out of resin. But when my resin comes I'm definitely going to give it a go. Love watching others create. ❤️
It's stunning!! But I'm so confused about how you poured it in on one side, but when you pulled it from the silicone, it was face down. It's breaking my brain.
Petra, this is a very cool effect. So to try this, I need to do it with what I have. Octopus is so expensive to have it delivered in the US. So are the inks you're using inks? Or alcohol inks? I love all your pours and learn so much.
Dear Petra, I have been trying to replicate this technique, but it does not work properly. I think I know what the problem is - the resin ink you are using is not available in the US. I tried different resin inks, pigments, dyes - none work. I think it’s the white ink. Do you have any insight that you could share?

Utterly beautiful.

Thank you so much for watching. I was very amazed from the result myself.

So beautiful ❤
Thank you so much ❤️
Perfect!
Dear Petra, this is just beautiful. It is such a simple technique that the three of you discovered and shared with us. Thank you.
What resin and what products did you use?
@@PetisHomeart I used JDilction high gloss, medium viscosity, white resin pigment with a little white pearl, and two different resin pigment colors.
Try it in a small mold and without the Pearl.
Wow. Just wow
❤️❤️❤️❤️ Than you ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Beautiful
That is absolutely stunning 😍 I love everything about it. Amazing 😁😍❤️👏
Thank you so much 🤎💖🤍
I love your work 🥰 ❤
Beautiful! 👏🏻👏🏻❤️
Gorgeous. Thank you
Thank you too ❤️
That is stunning
It’s lovely!!
These are incredible Petra! So very beautiful and incredible that one uses only resin inks with no powders or paste. ❤
No, for this I only used resin inks. No pastes and no micas. It is simply amazing how it works ❤️
@Petra Gerbracht amazing. Did you have to wait on resin like we do on 3d blooms? Also it's the amount of resin ink that one puts in.
No waiting time at all. I just mixed straight away and mixed my resin inks - white & blues 🤍💙🤍
@@PetisHomeart Thank you for replying. Would love to know how many drops of white resin ink you place in how much resin? I'd love to give this technique a try.
I always go with the feeling. I never weight my resin or count drops. Just be brave and make it rather opaque 🤍
Once again, I am just amazed by your insanely beautiful art!! I really want to do a bowl & this is so much like what I was imagining!! Thank you so much for sharing your incredible talent with us!!❤
Thank you so much again for your comment. This pour was actually a tryout and I was very amazed that it worked and even turned out so beautiful. ❤️
this is beautiful

Thank you so much dear Barb, I am really feeling flatered ❤️😘❤️
That turned out beautiful!!
Thank you so much 🤎💖🫶💖🤎
Wow! I love it. You used colors I don't normally pick and it's so great how it turned out.
Thank you so much. Yes, sometimes you just need to be brave picking colors ❤️
Oh my!! This is absolutely amazing! It’s incredibly beautiful, it is perfect and I love it. You are so talented and so inspirational, thank you Petra 💕
Thank you so so much for the beautiful words ❤️
Beautiful.
I love the color combination!! It’s gorgeous!!
Thank you so much. Yes, I love it too as it shows the colors of scallops ❤️
That is just amazing! I can’t wait to try that.
Thank you so much and much success for your pour ❤️❤️❤️❤️
New subscriber. This is absolutely stunning! Thank you! 💐

Thank you so much my dear TeaAndArt 🤎💖🫶💖🤎
I also wasted so much material to crack this effect. It certainly works with resin inks 💖
I'm still trying to do this effect. It would help if you showed how you're mixing your white.
Well it needs to be mixed rather opaque and I am using white resin ink. The Let's Resin White should also work. However, the resin is also important. Mine has a long working time.

@Petra Gerbracht lol 😆 😂 I'm always thinking. Probably too much. God bless sweetie.
No it's good to get different ideas. I am loving it. 💖💖💖💖

Yes go for it 💙 wished I could see your result 🫶
It's stunning!! But I'm so confused about how you poured it in on one side, but when you pulled it from the silicone, it was face down. It's breaking my brain.
I had the same. I took the risk in pouring this technique in a bigger mold and was so so happy that it worked well. Thank you so much 💜
Beautiful! Can you say from where do you buy your gloves?
I always buy them in Germany in a shop 🫶
😍😍😍
Did you use mica powder dye or alchool ink for each color?
Thanks for the compliment ❤️ I describe all products in my video but also in the description box.
Petra, this is a very cool effect. So to try this, I need to do it with what I have. Octopus is so expensive to have it delivered in the US. So are the inks you're using inks? Or alcohol inks? I love all your pours and learn so much.
Thank you so much 🤎💖🤎
I am using ResinInks which are higher pigmented than alcohol inks. However they are based on alcohol.
I only have let's resin pigments, and I have a lot of pastes. And alcohol inks. Do you think paste would work?
I tried but it didn't work with paste. Well it didn't with me and the resin I am using. ❤️
Dear Petra, I have been trying to replicate this technique, but it does not work properly. I think I know what the problem is - the resin ink you are using is not available in the US. I tried different resin inks, pigments, dyes - none work. I think it’s the white ink. Do you have any insight that you could share?
Do you have Let's Resin White Alcohol Ink? It works with that as well. 🤍
@@PetisHomeart yes, I do have it. I will give it another try. Thank you so much. Have a wonderful weekend.
I want to make an order with resin pro. Is it the medium viscosity ? greetz, Huguette
Hallo Huguette, ja dat klopt. De ArtPro Resin is van gemiddelde viscositeit. Het heeft een redelijk laang werking tijd - bijna 90 min. ❤️
Просто отлично, вы большая умница
It a very simple technique but look absolutely beautiful
Thank you so much ❤️
