Pure poetry on wheels. Why do old motors touch us on such a primal level ?
What I got out of this is that people of the past got far cooler looking motorcycles than we get today.
Please do more like this.
That art deco thing is wild!
Didn't think my old sportster was that rare.....guess I better ride it more👍
Great video !!!
Besides barely being able to understand the guy good coverage on the historical old school Motors that I haven't heard of so thank you
I Love Indian motorcycles they are a work of art on wheels and I bleed Indian red.
Thanks for the video...
Excellent.
Great video! I can't believe that people can actually drive the art deco motorcycle.
Better looking and much more interesting than their modern counterparts.
Nicely done. A friend owns that art deco kj, as well as two pierce 4's.
Wow !!!!! 😳😳😳👍👍👍🏁🏁🏁🇺🇲🇺🇲
So, looks like Harley's haven't changed all that much since 1911.
I remember this motorcycle was in a motorcycle magazine about 30 years ago. A retired policeman even made the engine I believe. It was a square 4 with the most unusual valve actuation system I ever saw, even more unusual than Ducati Desmo valve system. If this is the same by, now I’m gonna watch the video…
just watched the video. I was disappointed to find that it was not about the motorcycle in the picture for the video introduction..
that motorcycle if it’s the same one I think it is, has a cam drive system that comes up through the center of the square four cylinders, and turns the valve mechanism actuation 90° in for directions in a parallax. I will go through my maybe thousands of magazines that I have since The late 60s all the way up until magazines like cycle, cycle world, cycle news, motorcyclist went downhill and then out of business because they didn’t do in-depth testing anymore. They were too interested in doing wheelies and using fire extinguishers to take pictures of motorcycles that make them look like they were doing burnouts..That’s when I stopped getting motorcyclist and cycle. They used to do four and five page in-depth reports on every new motorcycle, now it’s just three or four paragraphs with some squid doing a wheelie
I believe you're taking of the wooler flying banana it had an engine configuration the kind that you speak of. He never could get it to last too long too much wear and critical areas I think with like an x-shaped camshaft? It was an interesting idea but just didn't technically pan out.
Whoa calm down guy not everybody's is technical as you f****** a
You said that old scout proud yes 92HP? That’s close to what the modern scouts are putting out
Good video but..... The last bike, he had it listed as 1958-1971 HD XLCH Sportster. Well I owned a 1972 HD XLCH Sportster for years. There were some big changes between the pre-1972 and 1972 sportsters though. The '72 was the first year 1000cc's, pre-'72 they were 900cc's. Also the shifter and the break were switched, with the break on the left and the shifter on the right. I was told the change from 900cc's to 1000cc's was something AMF demanded HD do before purchasing HD.
Nope.
are there no AMERICAN narrators available ?
i'm a harley guy, but the Crocker.... damn...
Harley 😅
That Henderson Motorcycle sounds like it has a V-Twin and not an i4
As indias são belas
Kennt jemand die Henderson noch aus Wastl Comics?
The narration and the pictures doesn´t allways follow each other...
Odd how all these exceptional creations have gone extinct & we are left with an ongoing onslaught of disposable plastic widgets & gizmos.
Second bike is a single, not v-twin 😅
No Indian inline four.....Mustang motorcycle....or square four Arial centerfugial carburetor
They're agricultural machines or motorcycles ?
It was manufactued under John Deer license ?
When talking about engines please use cubic inches and liter! English please!
the narration sounds like a conservative
HP is pronounced Aitch-Pee NOT Haitch-Pee. Please try better if you want to produce English language videos. Got it? Aitch-Pee, No H
