Essentially did Carlino w/ the tip injection. Could have considered ADR at that point, attempt re-entry w/ DLMC or Stingray.

Couldn’t you use a 5.5-6Fr GEC to selectively inject the LAD for better collateral/retro RCA visualization? Great case! Wish we had GN4 in USA.
