When people don't have trash cans nearby, they liter. People are lazy, and there isn't much you can do about that but set up trashcans in areas where liter collects in large quantities. Otherwise, the collecting will last indefinitely.

Your twinkling knee on the black sand beach was something out of the twilight series. Beaches are beautiful as is the ocean. Sad to see what's being done to it. Actually unbearable to see.
