Since you probably stopped using the normal potato mine after getting the primal mine, I feel like it’s worth mentioning that using a plant food on a mint boosted potato mine will spawn FIVE more mines
I have a lvl 6 explode o nut and a lvl 3 explode o vine, i personally think they are basically the same plant but the nut is wayy cheaper, but vine comes with the benefit of it being basically a way better pumpkin with half of its toughness, id put vine on S and nut on A tbh (because nut can be leveled easily to lvl 3-5)
If you include Shrinking Violet in the part 3, he should be A tier because despite having a mediocre ability, it's honestly cute to see the mechs get shrunk because they look like toys when shrunk. And Primal Sunflower should be S tier because it has a cheap cost compared to the Twin Sunflower and a big amount of sun deposited, I like bringing in Primal Sunflower, but there is a good chance you might not like the design.

Clearly I’m not an expert on it haha but the point is that you put your more expensive ranged attackers (or anyone you don’t want eaten) in the back, sunflowers aren’t a big deal to be eaten so put them in the 2nd or 3rd row. I believe

tip on how to break your placing sunflowers in the back problem, play the Tiki-Torcher (big wave beach's endless mode). also endurian is good if you put a bonk choy behind it at your denfense's front line
Sap fling is good because waves are based on how much damage you do to zombies so stalling out waves while you build your defences is always good which is what sap fling does while also providing support later on
The fact that the sap-fling does not deal damage is the point, a game mechanic is that when a certain amount of damage is done to a wave, more will be launched, sap-fling is capable of slowdown both zombies and the arrival of more waves, which in term gives you more time to get more sun and plant more plants, this can also be noticed in its level increases, where it begins to obtain much more defense, and can be used as a defensive and containment plant at the same time. time, giving even more time, in addition, its cost and recharges are very good, that why is like so much.
one thing about ultomato is that if is destroy, all sun cost increment will also decreased in equal values to the amount of ultomato loss, i think is something neat.
i'd personally rank the explode o nut at A tier. he's a good mix of offense and defense. and for the cost of 50 sun and a not long recharge time, he's absolutely good. counters some instakiller zombies, like gargantuars and pianist zombies. my personal ranking for cran jelly is S tier. the "dpf (damage per frame)" gimmick works well. stallers like sapfling and stallia can help rack its damage up too. and if you're feeling like a menace to society, add push-back-zombies plants, like hurrikale. and i like his animations too. (ps: in arena, against zomboss, his damage is enough to take zomboss's hp to half) bean sprout would be ranked higher ngl. i'd say not higher than B tier. his plant family is reinforce-mint, so planting reinforce-mint himself on the lawn automatically activates his plant food effect, and increases the shockwave count too (if you got all 5 lanes for him, you're decently covered). can we not talk about plant upgrades? if so, hot potato should be at D tier. she gets arid of octopuses immobilizing plants. and dishes out a little bit of damage too. these are my personal opinions. don't take it seriously. and sorry if it's long, i like all plants and their gimmicks well.

I would likw to tell you that the next wave of zombies don't spawn untill you damage the first wave. Using manual attackers and stallers means you could produce way more sun and take out multiple waves at once. The fifty sun meta is also helpfull for expensive attakers. Though you are better of using bannana instead of strawburst as it allows you to choose your targets
Note: Meteor Flower actually gets rid of all dinosaurs when using its plantfood in Jamaica March. Dont know if thatll change your rating if you knew that or not

You can also remove the ghost plant (dunno her name the first one you put in s tier) before she explode getting some of the sun back as well
Something that helps Sapfling as a staler is that its slow down stacks with other slow down effects, instead of overwriting them.

I would likw to tell you that the next wave of zombies don't spawn untill you damage the first wave. Using manual attackers and stallers means you could produce way more sun and take out multiple waves at once. The fifty sun meta is also helpfull for expensive attakers. Though you are better of using bannana instead of strawburst as it allows you to choose your targets
