I remember the early 90's basically like teens would dress in those 90's Nickelodeon teen shows or Saved by the Bell, florescent colors, puffy hair styles, and neon trapper keepers. Oh yeah and black dudes with flat tops and not the House Party or Marge Simpson looking hair, I mean the MC Hammer flat tops.

It's funny that growing up in Eastern Europe the 90's ended in 2006-2007. 😅
