    Twisted ribs are good when you don't need to demold part easier. For CNC billet machining it's a great idea!

      You are absolutely right. This design definitely not optimized for injection molding. Even billet machining would be tedious unless you had more than three axis.

    insted going for the build surface, can we just sketch the entity and extrude it and then extrude cut it according the shape, I think that process will be easy, just my thought.
