They both seem very sweet. That second lady! Wow! She's so naturally elegant, but it sure didn't show with the old, frumpy look. She looks fabulous in red! The first lady is cute, but would have looked better in a different colored jacket since she has warm toned skin. Most of these "stylists" don't take skin tone into account.

A little makeup and a haircut could very easily be done in real everyday life. It isn’t that hard to care about yourself a little bit.
Um, they didn't make her hair color like what's her name like what she wanted and what's she told her.
Again with the glasses removal! If they ever did that to me, I would fall and break my neck walking out there, as I am legally blind! Let these women actually SEE the makeover by giving them back their glasses. You could always switch the frames if it would make them look more glamorous, but don’t leave them blind, for Pete’s sake!!
